Things we LOVED about this wedding:

1. The reception conga line
2. That there was both a Band and a DJ (Thanks to Charleston Groove Factory)
3. The Father of the Bride’s definition of a Southern Gentleman
4. The signature drinks and the customized cocktail napkins
5. The perfect natural lighting during their photo shoot

The Proposal: How did it happen?
A few days before leaving to go visit family in NC for Christmas, Sean had me meet him for dinner in the city he said we would be going to dinner on a horse carriage ride through central park.  I didn’t suspect anything because we had recently talked about the fact that neither of us had even been on one.   Right when we got in the carriage, he had me open a christmas gift which turned out to be a camera.  I thought that was the reason for the ride and started taking pictures of everything.  Our driver suggested we pull over and take pics over a fountain in the middle of the park.  While he was taking pictures of us, Sean pulled out his phone, played Frank Sinatra’s “The Best is Yet to Come” and got down on one knee.   I found out later that he had had my Mom design the ring and had asked my Dad and Brother for permission.  Perfect!
