Things We Love About This Wedding (in no particular order):
1. I loved the double decker bus ride through manhattan bc everyone was happy, laughing, and really soaking in the day. – Matt
2. S&D’s first dance song was the same song as Sara’s grandparents first dance song. It was a surprise for the grandparents and when it came on you could see how much it meant to the entire family.- Chris
3. As always I am a sucker for dogs but Sara & Dimitri’s “Dog-Son” Jake was the most adorable ring bearer ever! I really want a puppy 🙂
4. The absolutely spectacular wedding design by MME ink. They fit Sara & Dimitri’s style perfectly both during the ceremony and the reception. I also love how S&D balanced their wedding with both sentiment and partying.
5. The NYC Sightseeing bus that the wedding party took around town to pick up their families and then head to the wedding venue. Now that is a grand entrance.
6. How excited Dimitri was all day long and how giddy both he and Sara were during every moment. You could tell they had been waiting for this day since they met.
7. Sara & Dimitri’s wedding day was exactly 3 years to the day from when they met for the first time on the rooftop of their old apartment building. Sara did a great job planning this wedding and I think that was the best part. It helped make their special day that much more meaningful.
8. The family oriented traditions that added that extra element of love to their day. I have never seen such support from family during a Ketubah signing. What better way to start your officially married life then with applause and hugs from those that love you most.
