Jenn & Eric Wedding Highlights (filmed w/ Helicopter)

The best beach for weddings south of our little beach town of Wilmington, NC, is Ocean Isle. Brittany Adams-O’Neil is the event director at Knot’s Landing, the beautiful venue featured in this film, and the setting for Jenn and Eric’s destination wedding. Brittany nailed it. The event went flawlessly (maybe because Jenn is an event planner herself :), and we owe it to both of their visions for putting me (Matt), the lead filmmaker for this wedding, up in a freaking helicopter for pre-ceremony shots of the location!

I won’t say whether I got sick or not. But even if I might have, it was worth it. 🙂 My buddy and fellow creative Chris Davis tagged along with me graciously in the heli to capture aerial stills and images of me in action as well. More on that in another post!

Back to the wedding….

Did you see the shells on the flowers and centerpieces at the wedding? So unique, beautifully designed, and a very personal touch. Did you hear the vows? So COOL to hear honest truth from two people who have been together since middle school. And did you see “Auntie” dancing? That was our favorite part of the day…sorry Jenn. 🙂 Auntie upstaged you guys for sure on the dance floor!

Thanks so much for trusting us and making us a priority for your wedding. It always means a lot to have couples book us FIRST and so far ahead, only to follow along with us through other people’s weddings, and get stoked and antsy at the delivery of their film. Well here it is!! Enjoy!
