There’s a new face around the office. Meet our new intern Emmie!
We’ve been having a ton of fun getting to know her the past couple of weeks and we thought we’d share a little about her with you!
Emmie is a senior Film Studies Major at UNCW here in Wilmington, a member of Phi Mu, Gamma Kappa Chapter, and also a Study Abroad Ambassador for the university. (We’re impressed too!) She has been a long-time fan of Life Stage Films and is just as excited to be here as we are to have her! But on to the important stuff.. We asked Emmie a few fun get-to-know-you questions to get an idea of what she is really like!
Tell us something unique about you:
– I have four extra bones in my body.
Who is your Hero?
– As cliche as it sounds, I would have to say my mom. I have never met a stronger, more loving woman. Plus she always puts up with my endless phone calls about nothing.
What would we find in your refrigerator right now?
– Lots of cheese. Pimento cheese, cheese dip, provolone cheese, you name it I have it.
If you were stranded on a desert island what 3 things would you take with you?
– A never ending supply of Doritos, a French Bulldog, and Paul Rudd. What more could a girl need?
If Hollywood made a movie about your life, whom would you like to see play the lead role as you?
– Either Emma Stone or Jennifer Lawrence, someone super quirky and goofy.
If you could have a super power, what would it be?
– Hands down, teleportation. I would never have to pay for gas or a plane ticket ever again, and I could travel anywhere at the drop of a hat.
If you only had 6 months to live, what would you do with the time?
– I would travel to as many places as I can and bring all my friends and family with me to share the experiences.
If you won $20 Million in the lottery, what would you do with the money?
– I would buy a house in London, give some to my family, go to New Zealand, and then save the rest for a rainy day.
What’s the best part about your internship?
– The best part about my internship is that I get to work for a company that I’ve always admired. Weirdly enough, I’ve been watching Life Stage wedding videos for about three years now, before I even knew that it was possible to intern for them. It’s so cool to be able to start editing the videos that me and my roommates have cried over for years.
Name 3 things you LOVE:
– Dogs that are so ugly they are cute, Mexican food, and the Kansas Jayhawks.
Join us in welcoming Emmie to the LSF team. We’re so excited!!!
