A LITTLE ABOUT YOURSELF…

Audra grew up in Norman, Oklahoma where she spent most of her time dodging tornados and watching college football. She is currently a Film Studies student at UNCW with a minor in French. Audra’s first introduction to film was through editing and it was because of this that she discovered her passion for storytelling.

1. What is your biggest pet peeve?

When the TV is on, but no one is watching it.

2. Who is your hero?

My parents. They have taught me the value of honesty and hard work, but more importantly, they have always loved and supported me in everything I do. I would not be where I am today without them.

3. What would we find in your refrigerator right now?

LOTS of vegetables, chicken, and greek yogurt.

4. If you were stranded on a deserted island, what 3 things would you want to have with you?

– A toothbrush

– A big lovable dog to be my loyal companion

– A record player with a bunch of records from my favorite artists.

5. If Hollywood made a movie about your life, whom would you like to see play the lead role as you?

Carey Mulligan. 1. Because she is so lovely and 2. She got to play Leonardo DiCaprio’s obsession in The Great Gatsby, one of my favorite novels.

6. If you could be a superhero, what superpower would you have?

I would love to be able to fly. Then I could travel the world without having to pay tons of money to be crammed into a flying sardine can– I mean airplane.

7. If you had only six months left to live, what would you do with the time?

I would travel to as many different places as I could in six months.

8. If you won $20 million in the lottery, what would you do with the money?

Buy a vacation home in Thailand and a baby elephant.

9. What is your favorite thing about your job?

I love getting the chance to tell someone’s story. Each one is unique and special in it’s own way, which is so beautiful. All of our films are about love and starting a new life, that has a huge impact on my personal life.
