Kris and Kim were married on April 5th at Landfall’s Kenan Chapel and had an awesome party to celebrate their marriage at St. Thomas Preservation Hall downtown in Wilmington. We were fortunate enough to be able to walk around downtown for a bit to get those nice creative shots! I always love it when brides and grooms allow us time between the ceremony and reception to have fun with the camera because it adds a whole new element to their final video. Working with Kevin and Lauren Millard is always a plus as well, and they took some amazing pictures! Amy and I had insane amounts of fun filming the Burkhardts, Slozaks, and all their friends and family. We also appreciate them letting us hang out all afternoon at the beach house while the day unfolded. I remember asking Kim while we were there, “Hey, do you mind if we go outside and get a few shots I’ve been meaning to experiment with?”. Her response was, “Of course, why do you think we hired you!?” Enough said! Thanks Kim and Kris for allowing us to be a part of your day. Congratulations again, and we look forward to keeping up with you as the years go by. Enjoy the video!
